Partnerships

The IJPB has ongoing collaborations with teams from 25 countries, including 12 from the European Union, supported by national and European funding agencies (i.e. Horizon Europe, PRIMA, ANR-PRCI, PHC, EMBO), as well as socio-economic partners from a diverse range of sectors, such as:
> Seed companies
> Fertilizer and associated solution producers
> Cosmetic manufacturers
> Plastic packaging
> Biorefineries or bioactive compounds

Additionally, two IJPB researchers, Catherine Bellini and Rozenn Le Hir, are driving forces behind the Franco-Swedish-Spanish trilateral cooperation INUPRAG between INRAE, UPSC and CRAG, who have formed a virtual open laboratory since 2015.

We are also part of two Carnot Institutes:
3BCAR, which supports companies in innovating and fostering the emergence of the bioeconomy through biotechnology and green chemistry.
Plant2Pro, which offers an integrated and multidisciplinary R&D service “from lab to field” to support agroecological transition and the sustainable competitiveness of plant production.

Additionally, we have close relationships with
the SPS-GSR, competitive clusters such as Vegepolys Valleyand Vitagora, as well as with the seed industry organisation SEMAE, the maize breeders’ association ProMaïs, the Biocontrol & Biostimulaton for Agroecology Association ABBA, technical institutes, and the PlantAlliance consortium. These interactions are instrumental in facilitating our interactions and developing new partnerships.
