I am an INRAE Research Engineer at the IJPB, where I am in charge of the Biological Resource Centre for the model species Arabidopsis thaliana. I exploit the material produced by the BRC, using in particular the natural variation, in genome research projects.
I am particularly interested in genomic conflicts leading to the establishment of reproductive barriers that can result in speciation. Currently, my work focuses on hybrid sterility phenomena that we have discovered in the BRC collections. In this context, I am working closely with Françoise Budar of the "Organelles and Reproduction" team of the IJPB.
