Technician in molecular biology, working on project of QTL/GWAS mapping, and phylogeny. The natural variations of the different accessions of the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana can be used as a source of biodiversity to understand the genetic basis of plant adaptation. The knowledge acquired in Arabidopsis thaliana may be the subject of comparative genetics, in order to be applied to agronomic species and to meet food or environmental issues.
