Job opening: Assitant Engineer in Biochemistry

The project aims at characterizing then preparing on a medium scale lipid fractions of plant origin coming from various seeds. The lipid fractions are intended to be incorporated into infantile food in order to provide a balanced supply of fatty acids.
The "Dynamics and Structure of Lipid Bodies" DYSCOL team is recruiting an assistant engineer.

Formation and Required Knowledge
Minimum required BTS or DUT ideally a professionnal Licence 
General biochemistry, extraction and characterization techniques of lipids and proteins. Knowledge of thin layer chromatography and immunochemistry techniques will be an asset.

Begining of the contract
Possible start in March-April

Contract duration
12 months
