An Outreach Working Group to Coordinate and Develop Science and Society Activities at the IJPB
Created in 2023, the IJPB Outreach Working Group coordinates and develops the institute's science outreach activities for a wide range of audiences, including the general public, school pupils (from nursery to lower secondary school), associations, artists and local authorities, in collaboration with our regional, national and European public and private partners.
The Outreach Working Group also supports IJPB staff in the design and implementation of outreach projects, fosters internal and external collaborations, promotes the institute's outreach activities, and monitors developments and opportunities related to Science and Society initiatives.
Recognised for its expertise in science outreach, IJPB is regularly consulted by local and national partners. The Outreach Working Group contributes to the development of a shared roadmap and helps strengthen the visibility of the IJPB's outreach activities.
