The Plant Observatory - Cytology/Imaging
The PO-Cytology/Imaging gathers a unique ensemble of expertise and instruments dedicated to the cytology and microscopy of plant cells and tissues.
The Plant Observatory - Versailles Arabidopsis Stock Center
The PO-Versailles Arabidopsis Stock Center (VASC) collects, produces and characterizes Arabidopsis thaliana plants with different genetic characteristics, for example natural variants or mutants. These resources are both distributed to the scientific community and used in PO-VASC research projects.
The Plant Observatory - Plant Facilities
The PO-Plant Facilities hosts glasshouses and growth chambers dedicated to the production of high-quality material for IJPB research projects. It is also available upon request for public and private laboratories.
The Plant Observatory - Biochemistry
The PO-Biochemistry platform provides scientific and technical support for the development of biochemistry projects focusing on the functional and structural characterization of plant proteins. Its activities include producing recombinant proteins, studying post-translational modifications, and analysing protein-ligand interactions in vitro. Additionally, the PO-Biochemistry offers advanced tools for characterizing protein interaction networks in planta.
