PO-Plants 12 members The PO-Plant Facilities hosts glasshouses and growth chambers dedicated to the production of high-quality material for IJPB research projects. It is also available upon request for public and private laboratories.

The Plant Observatory - Chemistry/Metabolism

PO-Chem 6 members The PO-Chemistry/Metabolism platform is dedicated to the quantification of hormones and signaling molecules, characterisation of plant chemical compounds, primary and specialised metabolites and plant biomass. The PO-Chemistry/Metabolism provides this service to the international community.

PO-Pheno 3 members The PO-Phenoscope exploits a unique robot designed to grow and phenotype small-sized plants under controlled conditions: the Phenoscope. Our platform is open to the community and attentive to your needs !

The Plant Observatory - Versailles Arabidopsis Stock Center

PO-VASC 4 members The PO-Versailles Arabidopsis Stock Center (VASC) collects, produces and characterizes Arabidopsis thaliana plants with different genetic characteristics, for example natural variants or mutants. These resources are both distributed to the scientific community and used in PO-VASC research projects.

PO-Cyto 8 members The PO-Cytology/Imaging gathers a unique ensemble of expertise and instruments dedicated to the cytology and microscopy of plant cells and tissues.

The Plant Observatory - Biochemistry

PO-Bioch 5 members The PO-Biochemistry platform provides scientific and technical support for the development of biochemistry projects focusing on the functional and structural characterization of plant proteins. Its activities include producing recombinant proteins, studying post-translational modifications, and analysing protein-ligand interactions in vitro. Additionally, the PO-Biochemistry offers advanced tools for characterizing protein interaction networks in planta.
